Policybazaar is an Indian insurance aggregator and a global financial technology startup. The company was founded in June 2008 by Yashish Dahiya, Alok Bansal and Avaneesh Nirjar. It provides a digital platform - website and app - where users compare financial services from major insurance companies. The startup is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, India and is the country's largest insurance aggregator. The group has also expanded operations to the United Arab Emirates.
A customer they lost talks about their child insurance policy "I have taken a child insurance policy from Policybazaar.com, I am not at all satisfied with the policy, since the name has been spelled wrong in the policy and correct measures are not taken yet since I called them. Worst Service by the Support Team."

Current Employee - Technical Associate says"Policybazaar might show you an attractive offer at first but they are just manipulating you to join and once you are stuck. They will inform you that your salary decreased by a massive 35% cut or more. Their management is hollow and company is barely on it's feet. HR is useless and only hired for part time fun activities. They will make you twice as hard for not even half the pay you deserve. No incentives at all. Just a fraud company misusing people's trust and manipulating them."

Some HR is good and some are not ready to hear you. Long working hours even they will ask you atretch till 9 pm also even if u login @10Am in the morning. Rotational weekoffs. vasunyl vasu says"I have planned to renew a policy that expired 1 year back ( Vehicle sitting in garage). Policy bazaar seems to be choice went a head and booked policy, during the purchase one of the employee assisted, he has made few changes and provided a discount ( here is the fault they say). I disclosed the current policy details over chat as well. He did confirmed we have a 20% discount. I went a head and proceeded with Quote link, made payment -

After follow up for a week (15 Aug 2020) ,they say the previous policy expired and not eligible for No claim bonus ( their sales person set this earlier). No clarity what will be done on the policy.
I am in limbo state now, be careful and be clear before you proceed."

then they were not replying regarding the same and I called them so many times and finally they approved and finalize everything so please be specific about the policy."
